A practical starting point

Early work grew out of retail delivery and the realities of working on the road: unreliable navigation in dead zones, route constraints, and records spread across different tools.

The gap between the tools

Building and testing that prototype made a wider problem clear. Work, time, money, documents, and results often describe the same operation, but live in disconnected systems. People end up reconciling the business by hand.

From an app to a platform

NPS Platform V1 is the next direction: modular business operations built around connected context. Android and web are interfaces into NPS, rather than either one being the entire product.

Logistics is the first major V1 vertical. Related workforce, finance, inventory, documents, and reporting foundations are part of the broader direction.

Where things stand

The current available foundation is Personal Work through controlled access. The business platform is still being built, and advanced enterprise capabilities remain longer-term.
