Learn NPS

A practical guide
to the current foundation.

These guides cover the Personal Work experience available through controlled access. Logistics and the broader V1 modules are still in development.

Account & access

Request access

Start with Early Access. A request expresses interest; it does not create an active product account.

Sign in and check your status

Open Sign In. NPS checks access after you sign in. If approved, follow the explicit activation step, then choose Open My NPS.

Sign out

Use the sign-out action when you finish, especially on a shared device. Never share passwords or MFA codes with support.

Personal Work

Record an activity

In Work Today, choose Start Work when you begin an activity and End Work when it finishes. Each activity is a WorkItem. NPS groups work into calendar days automatically; you do not start or end a WorkDay.

Review Today and History

Today shows the current day’s work. Use History to review completed records for earlier dates.

Correct or void a record

Correct a completed activity when its details need to change. Void an accidental entry when it should no longer count. Follow the reason and confirmation prompts; both actions preserve history.

Time & Pay

Recorded time

Recorded Time summarizes your Personal Work records. It is not payroll processing.

Expected pay

Expected Pay is an estimate based on recorded work and an applicable pay policy. It is not a payment, a pay stub, or proof that money was paid.

When pay is unavailable

If no applicable pay policy is configured, expected pay is unavailable rather than $0.00. You can review policy status now; creating, replacing, and retiring policies remain in development.

Support for current users

Check Known Issues or use Report a Bug with your approved access. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened.

Android participants should follow their onboarding instructions and use the tester download listing only for the build they were asked to test.

Do not include credentials, financial-account details, tax identifiers, sensitive route history, or confidential employer or customer records in a report.
